Two Weeks!

Since March 11th, Henry has made it past two weeks without a grand-mal only twice.

Today, Henry has made it two weeks!!! Since starting the home cooked, he does not even have the flycatcher seizures anymore.

If he can make it to a full month now, that would be really great!

Lucky, the greyhound with epilepsy whose diet we are copying, has been able to have his phenobarbital dropped and has still remained seizure free, over 4 months now!

I know it's a lot to ask for a magic fix... but maybe this is it for Henry? A pup can hope! Through these blogs, we have "met" a lot of pups that couldn't handle the raw diet and have thrived on cooked. Goes to show you - there's no one-size-fits-all to diet.

Go Henry! Keep feasting! We're so happy for you!

Stanislaw, I sure hope so! I've been wishing for that 'magic fix' (not drugs) for so long!

One thing or sure, Henry's doing better on home cooked than on any other diet in that his daily flycatcher seizures are finally gone.
